| 硅溶胶精密铸造属熔模铸造，大致的硅溶胶精密铸造工艺流程如下： Silica sol investment casting belongs to investment casting. The general process flow of silica sol investment casting is as follows: 1、首先根据硅溶胶铸造零件的形状制造模具； 1. The wax mold is made by using silica sol casting mold to be the same as the parts. 3、把蜡型放到硅溶胶与石英砂制成的浆中，蜡型上会有一层浆，之后会发生固化。多次浸浆与固化后，基本上成型了； 3. Put the wax mold into the slurry made of silica sol and quartz sand, there will be a layer of slurry on the wax mold, and then solidification will take place. After many times of immersion and solidification, it is basically formed. 4、脱蜡，模型放入热水中，蜡会熔化漂浮在水面上，留下模壳； 4. Dewaxing.
