Application of Rapid Prototype Manufacturing Technology in Mold Pressing and Mold Manufacturing
快速样件制造技术的出现，使压型和熔模的制造周期大大缩短。所谓快速样件制造就是首先在计算机上，形成熔模铸件的三维CAD数据文件，将之沿高度方向切割成许多薄片，然后按次序制造和组合，最终形成一个立体形状的制品。
The emergence of rapid prototype manufacturing technology has greatly shortened the manufacturing cycle of pressing and melting dies. The so-called rapid prototype manufacturing is to first form a three-dimensional CAD data file of investment casting on the computer, cut it into many thin sheets along the height direction, then manufacture and assemble in sequence, and finally form a three-dimensional product.
（1）用快速样件成型方法制造压型
(1) Making Press Mold by Rapid Prototyping
根据成型方法，将快速样件成型方法制造压型可分为两种：一种是先用快速样件制作方法制成树脂或蜡质母模（原型），再用它来翻制环氧树脂或硅橡胶压型。此法生产压型可以满足小批量精铸件生产。如在SLA法制作的塑料母模表面喷涂约2mm厚的金属层，并在其后部充填环氧树脂制成金属-环氧树脂复合压型，可以满足数百件批量的精铸件生产。
According to the moulding method, the rapid prototyping method can be divided into two kinds: one is to make resin or waxy master mold (prototype) by the rapid prototyping method, and then use it to make epoxy resin or silicone rubber moulding. This method can meet the needs of small batch production of precision castings. For example, the metal layer about 2 mm thick is sprayed on the surface of the plastic master mold made by SLA method, and the Metal-epoxy composite pressing mold is made by filling epoxy resin at the back, which can meet the needs of hundreds of batches of precision castings.
另一种方法是根据CAD系统生产的压型型块几何模型，直接由SLA、SLS等法制成树脂压型。SLS法制造压型是将加工对象由树脂粉末换成表面带一薄层热固性树脂的钢粉，经激光烧结后，粘结成压型，然后再焙烧制品，将树脂烧掉，最后以铜液渗入，就可获得与金属性能相似的压型。
Another method is to produce resin moulding directly from SLA, SLS and other methods according to the geometric model of moulding block produced by CAD system. SLS process is to change the processed object from resin powder to steel powder with a thin layer of thermosetting resin on the surface. After laser sintering, it is bonded to press, then baked, burned out, and finally infiltrated with copper liquid, the pressing process similar to that of metal can be obtained.
