传统的精铸件生产工艺，包括以下5个步骤：

1）铸件用户给铸造厂下达设计蓝图；
1) Casting users give design blueprints to foundries;
2）铸造厂作预算并从利于生产和降低成本的角度对设计提出改进意见；
2) Foundries make budget and put forward suggestions for improvement of design from the point of view of production and cost reduction.
3）铸造厂设计铸造工艺装备；
3) The foundry designs foundry technology and equipment;
4）铸造厂向模具车间或造型车间下达工装图纸；
4) The foundry shall issue tooling drawings to the mould workshop or the moulding workshop;
5）浇注铸件，铸件检验。
